Validity of Quote
This quote is valid for 30 days from the issue date. Prices and availability of materials may change after this period.
Quote is dependant on the measurements and information provided by the customer, any inaccuracies may lead to a change of the quote.

Scope of Work
The quote includes any of: surface preparation, epoxy coating application, and finishing as detailed in the provided scope of work. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may result in extra charges.

Surface Preparation
The customer is responsible for ensuring the work area is clear of furniture, appliances, and other obstructions before installation. The quote assumes the existing concrete surface is in reasonable condition. Additional repairs (e.g., crack filling, leveling) may incur extra costs. (unless included in quote)

Color & Finish
Due to variations in lighting, substrate condition, and application techniques, final colors and finishes may differ slightly from samples or images.
Payment Terms
A deposit is required before work begins of a price of: $500, with the remaining due in intervals of 30% after grind, 20% after flake/colour coat and remaining due on completion. Payments must be made via cash or bank transfer.
Work Schedule
Installation dates are subject to weather conditions, material availability, and scheduling factors. The customer must allow 36-48 hours for the epoxy to cure fully before walking or placing furniture on the surface. A further 36-48hrs required for light vehicle traffic. Full MPA achieved after 7 days.
Warranty & Liability
Warranty is dependent on the application. Warranty period will be depicted in quote summary and referenced here for clarity.
A 2-year limited warranty covers workmanship but does not cover damage due to improper use, heavy impact, moisture issues, or chemical exposure, cracking, peeling, or delamination.
A 7-year limited warranty covers workmanship and material defects but does not cover damage due to improper use, heavy impact, moisture issues, or chemical exposure. The company is not liable for cracking, peeling, or delamination caused by existing concrete issues or customer negligence, unless these have been addressed by Shed Shields.
A 10-year limited warranty if scheduled maintenance is achieved through Shed Shields (PU/PA re-application, normal wear and tear touch ups, cleaning at customer cost) covers workmanship and material defects but does not cover damage due to improper use, heavy impact, moisture issues, or chemical exposure. The company is not liable for cracking, peeling, or delamination caused by existing concrete issues or customer negligence unless these have been addressed by Shed Shields.
Note: these warranties (7yr + 10yr) are assuming that all relevant tests (moisture and pull off test) have been completed and passed. If slab does not pass these tests, it is up to the customer to decide whether to follow through or not, either agreeing to voiding the warranty, or by engaging Shed Shields in remediation works, addressing the issue and providing original warranties (this may incur further charges).
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made before work starts may be subject to a 15% administrative fee if within 5 days of commencing work. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has begun.

By accepting this quote and/or making a deposit, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions
